In fact, the potential of edutourism can be developed through a culture of local wisdom value as an effort to increase the acceleration of village development. Based on a survey with the head of batik artisans, namely Alfiah, it was found that three priority problems of target partners were found, namely the fields of management, production, and marketing. Carica Lestari Batik artisans do not have adequate competence and support in managing education, including the lack of tour packages, product catalogs, and digital promotional media. Production equipment is also still simple and not environmentally friendly. Therefore, the scaling of educational literacy is carried out through community-based tourism based on social inclusion. The purpose and benefits of this program are to assist Carica Lestari batik artisans in the field of management, production, and marketing to achieve the government's goals in Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning government policies to encourage the acceleration of human resource development and infrastructure facilities in villages. The method used in the implementation of this program is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. This implementation method emphasizes the involvement of the target community in the implementation of all activity programs. The result of the implementation of this activity is a positive response in the form of the success of the community in self-empowerment and revitalization of batik through the reconstruction of batik motifs to preserve and develop traditional motifs to remain relevant to the times, cultural performances through batik fashion shows to introduce Carica Lestari batik more widely.
2025-11-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Litbang Provinsi Jawa Tengahhttps://ejournal.jatengprov.go.id/index.php/jurnaljateng/article/view/1325The Impact of Open Unemployment, Population Growth and Economic Growth on the Poverty Rate in South Kalimantan (2020–2024)2025-11-05T06:44:20+00:00Ahmad Musfida Afifhusna.karimah@ulm.ac.idRusdiana Rusdianahusna.karimah@ulm.ac.idHusna Karimahhusna.karimah@ulm.ac.id
Poverty is a complex structural issue that remains a major challenge in regional development. Although South Kalimantan Province recorded the lowest poverty rate nationally in 2021, regional disparities, high open unemployment, and rapid population growth remain key concerns. This study aims to analyze the influence of open unemployment, population growth, and economic growth on poverty levels in South Kalimantan from 2020 to 2024. Using a quantitative approach and panel data regression across 13 districts/cities, the study adopts the Random Effect Model based on Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests. The estimation results show that open unemployment and population growth significantly affect poverty levels, with p-values of 0.0437 and 0.0069, respectively. In contrast, economic growth does not show a significant effect (p-value = 0.9108). Population growth emerged as the most dominant factor with a coefficient of -0.468169. This study attempts to explain the function of pencak silat as a media for social and moral development in mitigating conflict among adolescents through descriptive qualitative methodology. Data were carefully collected through comprehensive interviews, participant observation, and documentation at selected pencak silat institutions in Indonesia, with participants consisting of trainers, adolescent members, and additional informants. The results of the study indicate that pencak silat not only fosters physical competence but also instills ethical principles such as discipline, responsibility, and self-control. In addition, pencak silat fosters constructive social interactions among members through collaboration, solidarity, and intergenerational guidance. Participants reported decreased aggressive behavior and increased capacity to resolve conflicts peacefully. The role of trainers as moral role models is critical in the process of instilling these values. However, challenges remain in maintaining behavioral consistency outside the training environment, especially due to inadequate support from family and educational institutions. This study concludes that pencak silat has considerable potential as a local culture-based character education strategy aimed at reducing social conflict among adolescents. Further integration with the formal education system and cross-sector collaboration are essential to achieve more optimal and sustainable impacts.
2025-11-05T01:58:53+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Litbang Provinsi Jawa Tengahhttps://ejournal.jatengprov.go.id/index.php/jurnaljateng/article/view/1296Implementation of the Mount Badut Tourism Destination Development Policy in Improving Community Welfare 2025-11-05T06:46:21+00:00Erwin NurcahyantoInierwin13@gmail.comDian suluh kusuma dewisuluh.dian@gmail.comYusuf Adam Hilman545471adamongis@gmail.com
The focus of the research carried out is on the implementation of the Mount Badut tourist destination development policy in improving the welfare of the community in Karangan Village, Badegan District. While prior studies on the Irrigation Water Use Improvement Acceleration Program (P3-TGAI) emphasized physical outputs such as canal length, irrigated area, and productivity gains, there has been limited exploration of institutional and governance dimensions, particularly regarding Water User Associations (WUAs) and sustainability beyond state subsidies. Addressing this gap is critical, given that P3-TGAI’s recognition as a flagship program in the 2020–2024 RPJMN and its alignment with SDGs on food security and poverty reduction. This study employs a qualitative narrative literature review, triangulating data from academic publications, government regulations, and field evaluation reports. The findings reveal that P3-TGAI rehabilitated 3,794 km of canals, improved 459,517 hectares of irrigated land, and absorbed 767,463 workers in 2021, thereby boosting planting indices and rural incomes. However, persistent challenges include delayed disbursement, inadequate WUA capacity, limited socialization, and regulatory inconsistencies. The study recommends enhancing governance through harmonized regulations, strengthening WUA capacity with systematic training, diversifying funding beyond central budgets, and embedding irrigation governance in local planning. These measures are essential for transforming P3-TGAI from a short-term recovery mechanism into a sustainable model of participatory irrigation governance.
2025-11-18T08:16:35+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Litbang Provinsi Jawa Tengahhttps://ejournal.jatengprov.go.id/index.php/jurnaljateng/article/view/1324Transformation of Chicken Farming Supervision Governance: The Impact of Digitalization on the Supervision Process and Cooperation Between Government, Farmers and Distributors2025-11-14T15:15:05+00:00Arif Rakhmancakrakirana7@gmail.comAchmad Sutantoachmadsutanto@gmail.comRudi Hernowoachmadsutanto@gmail.com
The poultry farming sector in Indonesia, particularly in Central Java, faces significant challenges related to poultry health supervision, which still relies on manual methods, despite the introduction of digital technology to enhance efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the impact of digitalization on the governance of poultry farming supervision and identify the challenges and opportunities in its implementation. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative analysis through surveys of farmers and distributors, and qualitative analysis through interviews with government officials and technology developers. The main findings indicate that although digital technology has a positive impact on operational efficiency and transparency, barriers such as poor internet connectivity, lack of training, and policy uncertainties still hinder broader implementation. The study also found that cooperation between the government, farmers, and distributors is a key factor in maximizing the benefits of digital technology. This research contributes to the development of Stakeholder Theory in the context of poultry farming digitalization and provides practical insights into policies that can accelerate technology adoption in this sector. The implications of these findings suggest the need for improved digital infrastructure, more intensive training programs, and policies that support collaboration among stakeholders to speed up the digital transformation in the poultry farming sector.

2025-11-14T15:01:52+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Litbang Provinsi Jawa Tengahhttps://ejournal.jatengprov.go.id/index.php/jurnaljateng/article/view/1329The Income Analysis of Beef Cattle Farming Business on Mountainside of Merapi, Tlogolele Village, Selo District, Boyolali Regency2025-12-01T06:48:52+00:00Yunita Khusnul Khotimahyunitakhusnul@gmail.comAL Dilla Fithrotun Nafisayunitakhusnul@gmail.comHasna Fajar Suryaniyunitakhusnul@gmail.com
Tlogolele Village is included in the Disaster Prone Area III of Mount Merapi.
