Globalisasi dan Hibridisasi Budaya: Implikasi Terhadap Identitas Lokal dan Transformasi Sosial
Abstract
Interaksi budaya global telah mengubah dinamika identitas lokal di berbagai komunitas. Tujuan: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola hibridisasi budaya dan implikasinya terhadap identitas lokal dan transformasi sosial. Metode: Melalui tinjauan pustaka sistematis pada database Scopus, Google Scholar, JSTOR, dan ScienceDirect hingga tahun 2024, dokumen dipilih berdasarkan relevansi kunci dan dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan utama: 1) globalisasi dapat menyebabkan erosi dan revitalisasi identitas lokal; 2) munculnya identitas hibrida dan identitas multipel; 3) peran teknologi digital dalam pelestarian dan komodifikasi budaya. Implikasi: Hasil ini merekomendasikan kebijakan pendidikan budaya dan dukungan digital untuk pelestarian lokal
